Beautiful dream高中英語作文
Now every Chinese knows that 2008 Olympics will be held in China.Everyone is happy and congratulates on it. I also feel happy but with a little sadness. I m a Chinese professional gymnast and I have represented China to participate in the Olympic Games three times.In the second time,I got an outstanding achievement.People began to pay attention to me ,including my coach.He said I would be a promising gymnast if I kept on endeavouring.In order to have a better achievement in the next time.I practised for many hours a day and my coach was strict with me,too.
Having gone through a long and hard practice,I have waited for the next Olympics s coming eventually.Unfortunately,I fell down and broke my legs in my third competition as well as my last competition.I became an althlete with disabilities.Now I can only move by the whellchair.At the beginning,I told myself that if I took a cure as the doctor had told me,I ll heal soon.But it is too long.Every time I see my teamates are training.I often recall the former time when we were practising together and we were all happy.How I wish I could practise with them again!
Once I went to practise gym covertly because I couldn t wait for the day when I could heal.What was worse,I fell down again.When doctor told me that I may have no chance to heal.My eyes were full with tears and couldn t help crying out.I feel very disappointed at myself.I have devoted my life to the gym,but now I lost my heart.
The 2008 Olympics will be held in China.How I wish I could represent China to take part in the games again!But I knoe it s impossible now.That s my beautiful dream and will not be come true forever.But anyway,I m a Chinese,I also hope our country can gain many medals in the 2008 Olympic Games even though I can t join in it.
