　　今天是除夕，每逢這個時候，大家都要吃上各種口味的年夜飯，不同的家鄉(xiāng)就有不同的吃法，我們山東的吃法就是先上點小吃，像涼拌菜之類的，最后再吃爸爸媽媽最愛吃的東西——餃子。

　　到了下午，準備開始吃年夜飯了。我饞的口水都流出來了，爸爸把冷藏在冰箱里的豆腐皮、粉絲、蘿卜絲兒、青瓜絲兒拿出來，放進盤子里，澆上醋、醬油麻油，放上香菜，這一道美味的涼拌菜就做 好了，爸爸給這道菜起了一個名字叫“涼拌三絲”。然后爸爸又拿出用豬皮和豬腳燉的豬皮凍，要放在冰箱里冷藏才可以吃的。尤其是抹上青芥末吃，一股刺激的`氣味從鼻子里竄了出來，辣得你直流眼 淚。爸爸說：“家鄉(xiāng)的人喝酒的時候就最喜歡吃這道菜了。”

　　還有一樣菜呢，就是炸丸子。這是用蘿卜、面粉、雞蛋做成的丸子。松脆可口，非常好吃，也是我們家鄉(xiāng)的一道菜。但是爸爸說這個炸丸子不能吃多，會上火的。

　　期待已久的香噴噴的餃子終于出爐了，我們北方人最愛吃水餃，南方人最愛吃湯圓。除夕，一家人坐在一起包餃子，表示著團團圓圓、和和美美。這水餃蘸上醬油醋吃，既爽滑又香。

　　除夕，所有人都要趕回家，就算沒有火車，飛機坐，哪怕還騎著摩托回家甚至走回家，圖的就是和親人團聚，吃頓年夜飯，可見，年夜飯對我們中國人來說是非常的重要。
