尊敬的各位家長：

　　大家好!

　　我是初二(3)班的英語老師，首先歡迎各位家長的到來。借此機會，我想應該給各位家長談一下孩子們在這一個學期的情況。

　　開學初，本班學生在中缺乏積極性，自覺性差，凡事都要不停地反復的督促。布置的任務不能及時的完成。而初二的英語教材相較三、四年級，又有所變化，起初孩子們沒有找好學習的切入點，所以我們在座有些家長就反映孩子的英語成績較之前有所下降。一學期下來了，在強化課堂教學，抓好課堂效益上，我結合教材和學生的多方面情況，做了以下一些工作：

　　1、初二英語在聽、說、讀、寫方面的要求更加重要，我們盡量在課堂上幫助學生掌握知識，開展活動，讓他們在不知不覺中張口說英語。比如我們班莊園，王輝，錢勇，曹旭成，王聲康，許雅文等同學，每節課的知識和作業都能當堂掌握和完成。

　　2、興趣是最好的老師。英語課中多是一些情景對話，我們常常設置一個情境，讓學生進入其中，以表演的形式學習新知，樂在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗號，潘建如，李浪，張朋順，周揚名，吳家佩，花尉揩，沈培歡等同學，經常表演和惟妙惟肖，讓人忍俊不禁的同時，其他同學也加深了對課文的理解。

　　3、孩子們都是要強的，我們舉行各式各樣的比賽，讓他們自發地要求進步。最近我們開展一對一的擂臺賽。孩子們學習的'積極性高漲。如張峰瑋與莊園同學之間，楊冬煦和潘康同學之間，你追我趕，共同進步。我們也進行了一些簡單的測試，有很多同學較開學初都有很大的進步。尤其是張影，張自豪，劉俊杰，李杰，鮑勝凡，潘國光，呂文豪等同學。我們班同學，優秀的學生不僅成績好，在英語表達能力上也有提高，學習有困難的學生也不氣餒，一直在努力地向前沖。學習英語是為了以后能與人用英語交流，平時有積累，最后就能收獲成功。讓我們一起為孩子們營造一個開心快樂的學習氛圍，真正讓孩子們相對學的輕松，扎實，有效。
