　　It is my honor and privilege to invite you to the 12th International Conference on Forestry Chemistry (12th ICFC), scheduled to take place from 20 May to 23 May 20xx, at Nanjing University, Nanjing, China.

　　Since 20xx, 12th ICFC has consistently been a platform for relative scholars around the world who share a common interest in understanding global problems and finding enduring solutions. I am writing to ask whether you are willing to present a talk in English at the conference, which will be an hour long, followed by a 20-minite question and answer session.

　　The theme of the 12th ICFC is “Chemistry and Forestry Chemical for environment”. And In appreciation of your agreement to give a talk , the 12th ICFC will provide your local expenses, including hotel accommodations, and meals during the conference, and free registration to the conference.
