Doing sports is good for our health. So our government made every August 8th as “sports day”。 I think it is important for everyone to do sports. It is good for our health. For example: running can make our body get strong , dancing can make us happy, playing soccer can train our cooperation and so on.
My favorite sport is going swimming. It is good for us to go swimming in winter. But it is bad for the old and the young. I like it, because it can make me strong and healthy. I often go swimming with my mother. I go swimming twice a month. And I often go swimming for 30minutes. After I finish swimming, I often feel very relaxed.
