摘 要
農村的音樂教育之所以發展相對落后，除了教育觀念、教育管理、教育投入等方面的原因以外，教育科研也跟不上教育發展的需要。農村的音樂教育往往是步城市學校音樂教育的后塵，照搬城市學校音樂教育的模式，結果由于自己本身條件的限制而收效甚微。這就給我們提出了1個迫切的課題，要求我們針對自己的條件和特點。因地制宜，對音樂教育的.觀念、管理、內容、方法、手段等方面展開科學研究，探索出新的歷史條件下適應農村音樂教育發展的科學的教育思想和體系，讓我們的農村音樂教育走自己的特色化發展之路。

ABSTRACT
Rural development has lagged behind that music education, in addition to educational concepts, educational management, education input reasons, education is not the development of education research needs. Music education in rural schools are often urban music-education footsteps and imitate urban school music education model, the results because of their own conditions and the results are minimal. This gives us a pressing issue, we address our own conditions and characteristics. According to the concepts of music education, management, content, methods, means of a scientific research and explored the new historical conditions of rural music education to the development of scientific thinking and education system, let us take our own rural music education characteristics development route。
